Help Which Model of Razr do i have

So I bought this phone not too long ago, and I can't figure out if its the Razr Maxx HD or the Razr HD. The phone's model is a XT926, and everywhere I go, that points to the Razr HD. Also, when I connect it to my laptop, windows recognizes it as a Razr HD, not the Maxx. The weird part is under settings, it says it is a Droid Razr Maxx HD. It's a 32gb version if that helps.

What network are you on...and its the RAZR HD...maxx
But long story short they are the same phone completely interchangeable...I had your battery in my atrix HD...I miss her
 
I'm on T-Mobile. I don't know if I should keep it though. Apparently no root :(. How come everything else says it isn't a Maxx???

Because they are the same phone, just different battery and storage and you can find root over on XDA plus ROMs...if you are lucky you could unlock boot loader as well
 
I used CDMA workshop to unlock the GSM network. Then just configured APN's. I'll try that link... If it works you're my new best friend here. :D
 
In case you're still not sure which phone it is....

I have both the HD and MAXX HD. In "About phone" they both say what they really are:

DROID RAZR HD

or

DROID RAZR MAXX HD

One other difference. The HD has 16GB of ROM and the MAXX has 32GB.
