What is this 'cert.pfx' for? If it's part of the app installation, then I'd think that it was either an expired certificate or it was revoked. I don't know that I'd be installing that.
Could you provide more details as to where you obtained this particular cert.pfx file and why you need it?
I think this is one of those situations where if you don't know what it is, you shouldn't be installing it on your device.
You can go into your Settings >> Security menu to manually install CA certs but it's never good practice to just do so on a whim.
