I couldn't to install cert.pfx after I downloaded it because of it asked me password so which password I use to install it?

Could you provide more details as to where you obtained this particular cert.pfx file and why you need it?
I think this is one of those situations where if you don't know what it is, you shouldn't be installing it on your device.
You can go into your Settings >> Security menu to manually install CA certs but it's never good practice to just do so on a whim. It's one thing to add a CA certificate for a specific purpose, but it can be a massive security and privacy mistake to just install one without knowing about its source and background.
