Which phone for excellent video capture?

Hello peoples!

I am up for contract renewal in a few weeks so I am already looking into which device I want to get next. But I'm a little stuck so I hope you can help me out.

I am looking for a flagship device with a great build quality because I tend to drop my phone. :o I want a really excellent camera that is great at videocapture and records sound really well. As a musician I record a lot of my concerts for review purposes so it is important that the audio is clear and nice. It is a little detail that is rarely covered in reviews so I am having a lot of trouble deciding.

I am currently leaning towards the Sony Xperia T or Samsung Galaxy S3. I slightly prefer Sony as a brand and the build quality seems better but the Samsung seems to do better in the video department.
If any of you own one of these and can tell me something about the peformance, maybe with a video sample, I'd be much obliged :)
Also, if you have another suggestion let me know. I am in the Netherlands so we can't get Motorola, but other major brands are available.

Thanks guys!

I can't comment on the Experia T, but when I went to see The Stone Roses in July, one of the guys in the hotel we stayed in recorded a few tunes using his SGS3. Both picture & sound quality were excellent. Considering how loud the gig was, the sound was pretty crisp with little to no distortion.

It might be a little different if you're recording inside, but I can't imagine it would be terrible by any stretch of the imagination.

Personally I would say the s3 or even the note 2 for quality but ultimately its up to you to decide which is the best phone for you.
