Which phone is better here?

They are of the same price. I wanted to go for the Ray Max, but a review said that it's autofocus isn't good enough. So, I thought of buying the Zenfone 3 Max then. But it doesn't have as good hardware as the Panasonic. I was wondering if there is any hope that the Eluga actully has a good camera?

Perhaps you should buy the Zenfone 3 Zoom. It is available at the US. I am currently waiting for one to come to my home at Spain through airplane. It has got a very powerful hardware (not as good as the one of the Galaxy S8 but it is acceptable). Zenfone 3 Max shouldn't be very good. I've got its bigger brother, the Zenfone Max, and it's got gps, alarm and wifi failures...

Must be a good phone as well. You are lucky. Here at Spain we only have got damned craps of phones. Panasonic doesn't even exist here.
