Help Which phone should I use?

justind91

Newbie
I recently dropped my iPhone once and shattered the screen so I decided to make the switch to Android. I didn't have the money to get a good phone, so I just took whatever my friends had laying around for free. I ended up with an LG Spectrum 2 that has dead spots in the screen and is very annoying to try to use (very sensitive keyboard), a Droid Razr that barely gets any service, and a Droid Bionic that is in great condition. If there is a fix for the Razr I would like to use it. I'm on the Bionic at the moment because the LG became too annoying trying to type anything. Any help with the Razr would be appreciated. Time to save money and upgrade.

There isn't much you can do if the RAZR barely gets any service, some phones have better antennas then others. Or if you're using it on a different carrier then it's original it might not have the correct bands for a good signal.

For a new phone, the Moto G and Moto E are both decent low priced options. :)
If you're on Verizon I don't think a CDMA Moto E has been released yet.

Thanks for your reply. I'm thinking it's a problem with the antenna in the razr. I just find it hard to believe that it can find no service where I normally get 3-4 bars 3g. I will be switching from Verizon soon. Not sure what I'm switching to, but the T Mobile rollover data plans sound cool.
