Which phone should work buy me?

I currently have an Evo 4g lte. I have liked it, but wasn't overwhelmed with the differences from my Evo 3d. Work is now telling me they will pay for my plan but I have to buy the phone. I can do one of the following:

1) just transfer my Evo 4g LTE
2) get a Samsung s III for $50
3) get a Samsung s 4 for $200
4) get a HTC One for $150

Which should I go with? Is the S4 worth the extra $150?

Number 3, definitely.

It's probably not worth the extra $150, I recommend the S3, but I know you'll go for the S4 in the end.

Hello garn

It basically comes down to how much you're willing to throw down on a new phone.
If you enjoy your HTC EVO and feel like you don't need to upgrade, then just stick with it.

But if you want to change to Samsung or upgrade to HTC's flagship phone of 2013, then that's when we can start talking.

If you enjoy Sense, I'd say go with the One. It's a solid phone, and great all around. Unless you NEED removeable battery and expandable storage.

Honestly, in my opinion, the Galaxy S4 isn't worth the extra $150 from the Galaxy S3.
However, if money's not an issue, I'd go with the S4. Just remember that you'll probably need a microSD card.
