Help Which phone to get ?

Hi brothers, I am currently using Galaxy Note 2 and I cant play all the latest games smoothly. For example Asphalt 8 lags a little etc. Now, I wanna buy a phone that I will be able to play all the latest and upcoming games smoothly. Budget is not a factor. Currently looking for performance and my money should be worth the spent, hence asking you all.
Also resolution must be 1440 x 2560 .
So, which phone should I get ? and which phone do you use yourself ?

If you want a phablet sized screen & 2k resolution then the Note 4 is the obvious choice. If you don't want a screen that size then you'll get better gaming performance from a 1080p screen than a 2k one (for comparable gpus the frame rate will always be higher if you have fewer pixels to draw).

I'm not a gamer nor am I interested in phablets, so my current phone won't help you.

How will be the Galaxy Note 4 ? I am thinking about it coz it has external memory slot too.

I've played with it briefly, but am not interested in phablets at all so can't give you the sort of feedback you want.
