Well here is the question,
MetroPCS has gotten a few new phones they have the
Samsung Galaxy Attain™ 4G SKU:SCHR920DSAM for 229.00 and currently they have a special for 100 off for in store purchase so it is 129.00

and the
Samsung Galaxy S
 
Get the motion :thumbup: S4 dual core 1.5 ghz processor, 5gb internal memory, 1gb ram, 4.0.4. It has a locked bootloader but even unrooted you can uninstall a lot of bloatware or disable it, it also has way better performance out the box. The only thing that's not so great is the resolution 320x480 but I love it anyway. :p

I have not had a LG product.I just looked at the specs and they are pretty good.I will have to go to a metro store and see how the phone "feels"
the price about the same as the attain. Also it has ics installed.

lg motion all day, no brainer. forget what anyone has told you about Lg products, this one is a winner. the small screen is this phone's ONLY drawback.

you'll be able to delete or disable all bloatware WITHOUT root. phone is buttery smooth and they're practically giving it away.

the lightray is a criminal waste of money. if you're gonna fork over that kind of cash you might as well wait for S3 and pay just a little more for a phone thats 1000x better.
 
I'm just a lowly prospective Metro user. As such I've done a metric assload of reading here about Metro phones.

If you won't swing the Big Bat for the S3, to me, the Motion is the clear next best no-brainer idea. Especially at the $139 shipped Wirefly has it for.

yes the lightray is way over priced and what is it oh yea it has tv or something...I mean i always thought of the galaxy s to be the caddy of phones. but at 450 bucks man,just to much.
I will look into the s3 as The W mentioned I didn't know metro was getting that one,or is that the same thing as the lightwave?

No no its not the same, its the same S3 as what every other carrier has. If you want cheap, but good get the Motion if you're willing to throw down though wait for the S3 to come out.
 
we're getting the genuine article samsung galaxy S III. not to be AT ALL confused with the samsung galaxy S lightray.

sometime before the end of the month. should go for about $500.

It's not the size of the LG Motion 4G screen that bothers me, it's more so the resolution. If that's not a issue to you then I recommend the LG Motion 4G as well if you want bang for your buck!

If you want top of the line the Samsung Galaxy S III is the one you want and not the Samsung Galaxy S Lightray 4G.
 
Like THEW said I will also suggest the LG motion if your not in a hurry and dont mind small screens. That phone is incredible not just amazing damn incredible and for the price its a huge steal. I just bought the device for my sister yesterday its crazy smooth and fast and the screen quality is great to me actually. But if you want the latest and the greatest of all lets wait couple more days for the Galaxy S3, also the motion has the same processor though. So I am still wondering if metropcs or Lg is that ignorant as to sale this phone with such a beast specs so low. Lol only if the S3 would be that cheap as well
 
I have the Esteem. Personally, I want the big screen for Netflix & games. & with a lot of ROMs to choose from it kicks some butt. & like everyone else, I'm waiting for the S3
 
i like my connect the 4.0 inch screen feel right for this phone not to big not to small ive got it roted and running the black plague rom ive had it over clocked to 1.8 ghz and still ran stable playing games. But i am looking forward to the S3 even with the bigger screen i mean who isnt?

It really sounds like the Galaxy S3 is the ticket.
Although everyone has really good reasons for liking their phones.
I will wait just a bit longer and see how bad the sticker shock will be...
