Which smartphone to buy..

Does anyone know of any upcoming 3.5-4" high end phones coming out for att? The only dual core ones I believe in that spectrum are the iphone,motorola atrix,samsung exhilarate, and the pantech burst. The iphone well is getting updated soon and if the layout is as shown in the pics the size of the phone will be like that of a 4.3" phone(which I tried and is too big) but with a 4" screen. The atrix I have had and one I bought recently and returned had issues and the other 2 are too thick.

Are you really sure you'll be getting one from At&T? I heard that the powerful phones they have are severely steeped down by their hardware as it easily heats up and would break in a few months of daily usage.

currently work for ATT and have not heard any news on any high end android devices coming out in that range, at least not yet with the iphone5 coming out.
