i use streamfurious, cherry rplayer, and have used droid live....but i'm wondering if there is an app that uses less battery than others while streaming, or is it the act of streaming that drains the battery? i stream howard stern for 1.5 hours in the morning on my way to work along with browsing etc on the train and i'm usually anywhere from 50-70% battery left by the time i get to work...i have not checked to see which app draws more...this is all over network, not wifi.
