Which student organizer app is best?

I've been looking over the forums, and see where people say that one is better than the other, but not really any specific reasons why. I'm looking for one that will help me manage my workload for 2 "traditional" (sit in a room and listen to teacher 2x a week) classes and 2 internet only classes. I also would like something that will sync w/ my Google Calendar and computer, so that I can enter information from my netbook during class, rather than having to write it down and transfer it to my phone later. Oh, and a widget that I can put on my home screen to show what's due. Any recommendations?

I use Grades personally, but it doesn't have a widget. It does integrate with Google calender though, putting your upcoming classes on your calender. It's honestly not anything spectacular, but I use it mostly to see how my grades are (theoretically), as the app estimates them.
