Which watch for me?

Hi. I am looking for a smart watch which:

1. for Australia
2. compatible with Samsung S5, Android 5. Model SM-G9001
3. accepts a SIM
4. it can sync Google contacts, calendar, gmail and receive notifications
5. SMS
6. Phone calls
7. Voice control (dictate SMS, OK Google)

It would be great if it could give GPS navigation directions!!

I'm not terribly fussed about the heath activities.

What do you reckon???

I'm a lady, outdoors a lot... so I need a band that won't undo easily. Water resistant and scratch resistant would be great (I can buy the screen cover of course).

Please help. I've been doing research for ages and not ending up with an answer.

3. accepts a SIM

That rules out most or all of the Android Wear watches.

Samsung Gear S has a Sim card.
Maybe also the Samsung Gear S2 when available.
