White moving lines on screen

Hey!

I have tried to search anywhere to find if anyone has had the same problem, but haven't found.
Sometimes, when I try to use my phone, on the edge of the screen will appear moving lines, both horizontally and vertically. When those lines appear, I can't turn off/lock my phone. I will add video to show you what I'm exactly talking about.

Some diagnostic thing in developer mode? Check the developer settings, things like show screen touches.

Tried it. White lines still appear, but not that often.
Is it normal that Prs:1.0 is always red?

Yeah, if you have pointer location on the red bit there is normal. It doesn't look like that's the cause anyway.
