Apps Who knows How to mount sdcard with a img file?

At first , It not under the SDK. It works on a phone.

Now, I have a phone, which with 700M ext3 rom only.
At it's root, there are all the same with another android phones, except a file which picked up from a SDK's sdcard.img

So, who knows how to mount this sdcard.img on sdcard as a normal sdcard?
