who remembers audiogalaxy?

so just found this new app where you download the audiogalaxy app in the market, then create a free account, the program searches all your music on your computer so you can stream it on your phone how sweet is that? no need for gig upon gig on music clogging up your SD card.

You'd rather waste your 3G bandwidth and battery life instead of allocating few gigs of storage space on your phone  Even if you stream over Wi-Fi that is going to still drain your battery much faster. I think its a waste of resources either way.

Perhaps it might come handy if you get the sudden urge to listen to a particular song that you don't have on the local memory, so you can quickly stream it over. But I dont think its going to be an alternative to storing songs on your memory card.

its an alternative till i get 2.2 with itunes sync anyhow! and ive not seen a micro sd bigger than 32gig yet....
