Just checked and have it (zero bars and ~250KByte/sec down) here in Irvine, CA near Barranca and Paseo Westpark. IIRC the SoCal market was supposed to be live 11/1.
I get 2-4 bars indoors in the Princeton/Trenton NJ area as long as I don't go too far from exterior walls and windows. No signal once about 50 feet inside or anywhere below ground.
