Why cant i connect to wifi

[Android Question]

I have 2 wifi passwords and it wont connect to my neighbours even though i have code. It disconnects me. I tried restting my fone she reset wifi and still no connection.

Before I say anything further, I need to know if your neighbor has given you permission to do this?

Some devices have issues staying connected to certain routers in my experience. She may need to allow your device's connection in the router's firmware.

Does it give you an authentication error? If so, you have the password wrong. And if the signal is weak, that could be the problem also
