Help Why cant i delete su files

I want to unroot my device but i cannot figure it out i tried to just use the kingoroot to unroot from my laptop but it always fails the remove root in superuser does nothing supersu unroot does nothing either also i can see the su files in my system through es file explorer and root browser and others but the delete gets denied or does nothing why cant i get rid of this please help
 
You've not said what device, which may make a difference.

Personally I'd say that the cleanest way to unroot is to reflash the device with stock firmware (a process that depends on the manufacturer). Kingo is notorious for being messy in what it does, so I've stayed away from it myself and hence can't advise on using it.
 
Yeah i wish i stayed away from kingo also because this is driving me crazy the phone is a Huawei H892L i just dont get why nothing will unroot it or atleast let me delete the su files that i see in the bins i guess ill look into reflashing the firmware and how to do so but i assume ill have a problem cuz its a huawei and idk how much i can find for this device so anything to point me in the right direction is appreciated
 
Problem is, I don't think there's anything available online for that device.

Thing is Huawei doesn't usually make their firmwares available online for user downloading. And there's no custom ROMs for this phone AFAICT. You'd probably have to contact Huawei service, and see about them re-flashing it. For which they'll very likely charge, if they can do it.
 
I tried all of that and none of it works i dont understand why the kingo app on my laptop that put the root and superuser on the phone wont take it away wen i select unroot its goes through the process but always says unroot failed and i have used a couple diff apps to find the su files in my system bins but they wont delete them i dont think im able to find the right stuff online to flash this phone or even hide the root so i guess im just screwed unless anbody knows another way or why the apps wont remove root or delete the files in the bin
