Why can't i post Android opportunities

I believe the issue you are experiencing is due to post count. In an effort to protect our members from scams and those who are here with no other agenda than to sell, we restrict posting in the classified section to those with less than 25 posts. Once you have contributed 25 posts and built a reputation on the site, the restriction will lift. I hope that clears things up but get back to me if you have any further posting issues.
