Why can't I receive Yahoo email

Can't receive Yahoo email on my Samsung Galaxy j7 email. I receive Yahoo email on my computer but it doesn't show up on my Samsung Galaxy j7 phone. The email I use on my phone is the email that was preinstalled.

If you aren't using the Yahoo email app on your phone, in order to use a stock email client you have to log into your Yahoo mail on the PC and go into settings to allow insecure connections.

I think the OP meant that the email client was preinstalled. That Samsung app called "Mail" ... at least that's what I hope they mean.

Install yahoo email from the play store and use that instead

Yes, it was pre-installed on my phone when I bought it
