Help Why do full albums in my gallery disappear?

Afew days ago my camera roll disappeared and I checked the forums which explained that sometimes it did happen. When I restarted my phone they came back.
But now my entire album of screenshots is missing along with another album that I made and no matter how many times I restart the phone it wont come back.
I didnt actually do anything or accidently delete it.
Any advice or help would be very much appreciated!

I don't know where you saw reports of this happening, but I've never had it happen on any device I've ever used.

That said, I would recommend clearing the data for the gallery app (assuming that's what where you're noticing things missing). Open the app drawer, long-press on the gallery app and drag it to the top of the screen to App Info and drop it, then tap clear data.

Alternatively, if you have a file manager installed, look for the missing folders, and if found, look for a file in the "missing" folder named ".nomedia" (note the leading "." in the name) and remove it, if found.
