Why do my playlists show up twice?

Just outta the blue, i now have double playlists. I have to choose the bottom version for songs to play. If i pick from the first version of the playlist, the song doesn't play.

Any ideas why this happens? It never happened when I was on a rom...just went back to stock ICS and it happens again.

I'm using iSyncr to sycn my iTunes playlists.
