Root Why do these phones keep falling outta the sky!!

OK I now have my original ms323 with all the cool toys, then I had a vs450pp (exceed 2) popup...now, one of the cricket models has appeared. Wtf? Is this lil bastard popular or what? I paid 5$ for the ms323 and it has been my learning tool teaching me all I know past basic root. Its beat all to hell though, and I just realized apparently whoever had it removed all the screws outta the back under the cover and its always been solid. The screen is almost cloudy from the scratches. I got the vs450pp which is in great condition but I discover something is different internally and nothing works on it but twrp and a buggy alpha cm12.1 that ain't worth it. (5$ also lol) Then my brother hands me a cricket without a battery saying it doesn't work..well it does like new and the display is pristine , barely a mark on it, but we know the cricket's issues...What would you guys do, should I try to switch the glass out between the ms323 and one of the others? The dimensions are identical and it looks like they will fit...but...it is very delicate territory. Has anyone tried anything like this or is it a bad idea? Either way they are still just toys in the end considering my main phone is a G4, but surprisingly I can get that ms323 to run like a cheetah on crack well out performing that G4 especially since I am cautious to run that low effort root on something I'm patients for a long time..anyway , opinions welcome

So its probably too risky to be worth it huh ...The problem now is all the sudden my Wifi has stopped working no matter what rom I flash and I didn't change or do anything to cause it. I was using slimLP when it happened ....wait oh yea first it was cutting out then one day I tried booting into the recovery and it wouldn't go into twrp just stuck on that factory reset processing black screen until I just reboot into the rom. Like twrp was just gone ...my tab does this same thing but hangs in fastboot because of the locked BL and need a bumped twrp....but I did nothing to cause that and then boom Wifi is completely screwed. ..really blows man cause that ms323 is there only device i have I can have fun with ..no roms for the exceed 2, cricket..Goad 10.1 vk700 needs someone to bump a twrp which I'd pay for lol ..gonna try to root my g4 today but still ..Verizon c..k s..kers won't give up the bootloader...see I do have some horrible luck lmao
