Why DockBox App does not allow to open a public chatroom

Hello friends,

I am new to this app and this question may sounds strange, but after I have logged in to dockbox and made everything by instruction (like they show on their website): I tapped on the map, wrote title, description and so on, I was not able to create a second chatroom on the map. The first one is successfully created, but when I try to start a second chat nearby, it shows me an error..
Does anyone met this problem also?
