Help why does my coolpad Overheat

why does Coolpad 7295 and My brothers coolpad 8297 Overheat when On internet connection.and battery drain fastly any way to fix?,Bought new battery still battery drains...any way to stop this or add thermal paste on the board Just Hots after few minutes also battery always stuck at 3% when charging

If you are saying that the tablets both get hot when on and that even plugged in the charge never goes above 3%, then it seems to me that there is a process stuck "on" and keeping the processor awake and drawing more current than the charging system can replenish.

Have these tablets been modified in any way? Flashed a custom rom? My first recommendation would be to return then to complete stock and see if it continues. If not, then it's something that was added. If it continues, it could be a hardware problem.
