Why does my galaxy s blaze randomly play the notification song?

I have a galaxy s blaze, and recently it started playing a song every time I got a notification. No complaints there. Then one day I set an alarm and worked fine. But later on that day the same song for my alarm played, but when I looked at my phone the alarm wasn't on. I deleted all that set times on my alarm app(the app that the phone comes with "clock") and now at random times it will play the ringtone for my alarm clock. It's getting really annoying because it wakes me very often, and it gets really loud if it doesn't turn off. Another thing is it doesn't let me turn it off normally pulling the notification bar down stops it but not anymore. Some one please help! (Samsung galaxy s blaze T-Mobile)

That's a pretty curious problem. I'm trying to think of something short of "do a factory reset of the phone," but honestly I can't think of a thing that would be causing that. Somehow you have a piece of code that's randomly causing that to launch. Did you try a battery pull/reboot?
