Help Why does my phone keep randomly vibrating?

I've tried everything, I've looked it up, I tried everything I could possibly find online and it still happens. The extra notifications alert thing is off. Every thing I look up is pretty much the same thing ..
Nothing I do works, even some of the app I have just stopped making sounds when I get notifications and I didn't do anything to stop, all this just suddenly happened ...
