Hi all, I joined this forum because my phone has been giving me a huge headache recently and was hoping to find some answers!
I own a Virgin Mobile Samsung... Galaxy Victory or something like that.
Model number: SPH-L300
Android version: 4.1.2
I've owned my phone for about 1.5 years now, and in the past several months have had to reset it a couple times because it keeps running out of storage and I have no idea how. I use an app cache cleaner, and I delete almost all the photos that I take. It'll go from like 500MB of storage after I reset, reinstall all my apps, etc... to under 100 in a couple months and then I have to start all over again.
For me, the most puzzling thing right now is that apparently I have 300MB of "photos and videos," so I deleted the few photos currently on my phone, but not even a blip, it still says 300MB. When I open up gallery I only have 2 albums, and they're linked to my google account so I can't delete them! One is my google+ profile pictures (2 photos), and one is my google+ autobackup album (100 photos)... I had accidentally turned on autobackup at one point, possibly on a previous android but possibly on this phone, but it's currently turned off. Are those 2 albums responsible for the 300MB (I used to assume the autobackup backed up to google servers or something, not your phone?), if so how do I delete them?
Any advice?? I'll need to reset my phone again soon cus I'm constantly getting low memory warnings. blargh it's such a PITA
Thank you!!
