I installed a manga app called mobimang and it wants my location, read phone states and identity which I don't really understand why.
I understand why it needs the other permissions such as storage and network communication but if it's a legit app, how do you differ it from a fraud or malware app?

I take great solace in the fact I can get opinions of apps here at Android Forums before I install. I like to read the reviews in the marketplace as well. I trust the opinion of others and steer clear of apps that receive poor reviews. Here is an area where we talk apps here at AF.
