Why does the kindle and Amazon app grouped with at&t apps

I downloaded kindle and Amazon on my new s7 edge and it is boxed with at&t apps. Is it supposed to be that way and is there anyway to ungroup them?

If it's in a folder on your home screen:

1. enter the folder
2. Long hold on the app you want to move
3. Drag to the upper right where it will now say 'Move apps'
4. Tap outside of the folder or select back
5. Long press the icon at the top of the screen
6. Drag to desired location

If in all apps location:
1.Select edit in the top right hand corner of the screen
2. Touch the folder where the app is located
3. Long press the application until you see it start to float
4. Drag the application outside of the folder
5. Move to desired location
