Root why does this happend?

so I turn on my one v and its alright for a couple of sec then it turns off and boots up by its self and I can seem to find out why this happens any help on how to fix it?
 
It sounds like you have the updated radio. Have you tried a ROM with OTA support? I would suggest Rhythmic ROM.
