Why exported app does not work as the project in Tasker?

I have a task triggered by launching certain apps or opening certain pages. It works well in tasker, but does not work after exported to an app. I have already active the app as Device administrator for lock the screen. I found that tasker is on the page of settings->Accessibility, but the new exported app is not there. I am not sure if that is the cause of the problem.

problem solved by change min API from 14 to 16
