Rodd, I looked at your link. You might consider checking out the area for your Wildfire S. You will be best served by asking for help in your device's area of discussion. Here is a link to that area:

I'm sorry, I should have dropped you the link earlier. Android Lounge is also an area for general Android related questions. But, when there is a specific area for the device, you stand a lot better chance of getting answers related to your phone there. I hope you find some answers.
