Help Why is by Nexus 7 running slow after 5.0.2 upgrade?

After updating my Nexus 7 with upgrade 5.0.2 doesn't matter what applications I use or do on the table, everything is incredibly slow in responding.
I upgraded yesterday and have shut down and restarted a few times but it has made no difference.
What can I do to improve the response time?

Factory Reset? Wipe cache? Sometimes that seems to work.

Yes, a factory reset solved slowness/lag issues on my Nexus7 2012 after upgrading to 5.0.2 from 4.4.4
