Why is my internet dimming?

Why is my screen dimming noticably when I go to internet on my Samsung S3? I have read how to fix the issue, but my BROWSER menu does not have any brightness setting whatsoever. I have Power Saving mode shut off. I have adjusted phone brightness level to maximum. I have watched several videos of how supposedly fix this problem, but my phone does not offer the menu settings others are talking about. All other screen pages are very bright, but as soon as I click on Google or any other internet browser, the screen immediately grows dimmer and has a grayish look. I am growing frustrated because I have been attempting to fix the problem for hours, unfortunately with no luck.

Since you have Power Saving disabled, try the advice here. If none of that works out for you, I can confirm that Dolphin Browser Mini works well and does not have its own brightness setting (will inherit system setting).
