Hi, i have a Alcatel one touch for android. My phone was doing fine until this morning i tried to go into my messages and it kept exiting out saying my messaging process was not working so i took my battery out and put it back in which usually works then turned my phone on. It shows the lock screen for about 4 seconds then turns off and on again and repeats this over and over until i take my battery out again. I have no idea whats going on. Can someone please help me and tell me what to do so i can fix it?
