why is my samsung statosphere running slow???

my phone is running slow when i change between apps and home n home to phone or call log? how do i fix it?

Hello and welcome to the forum. There are a lot of things that could cause this, for instance.. a corrupt application or a defective device. Uninstall some of the applications you're not using. This should have you running smoothly again. If after doing this the problem persists, you might want to check into your device's area of support.
