My Play Store won't download using mobile data, I've tried clearing cache, clearing data, I made sure all the necessary apps have Data usage, I've tried removing my Google account, I've tried uninstalling Play Store updates, and the last thing I tired was Factory Resetting my phone. I just paid my phone bill and I have pretty good data. All other apps work like YouTube and such. My phone isn't rooted, I'm using a ZTE Zmax pro, and my carrier is MetroPCS
