I live in an early 20th century wooden triple-decker. New triple-deckers are being built around me. They're about 5 feet shorter than the house I live in and have smaller porches. Are smaller houses a true trend?
But what about that TV show "Tiny House Nation"? All those families look happy to move into a shack? Granted they're usually way out in the country. Exo-burbs if you will.
