Why life with android is so hard? HTC Desire 516

Welcome my friends ;]

I tried to root HTC desire 516 dual sim and after use zdsrooter touch screen stoped working.
I used recovery and wipe cache, no result.
So how to fix that?

I found some files for this phone on this link, but I have no idea how to use it? Do I even need this one?
Please some advices,

Are you sure your touch screen was not manipulating before?
i don't think rooting can disable your touch screen. and also what was the response before the touch screen stopped responding.

Yes I'm sure was 100% working before, i used zdsrooter also. And after reset touch no responding I used stock rom from russia china and india same situation, i tried to flas with eu system and was problem with magi. I think the drivers are not installed, so the only way is to add it manually, but i have no ide how, u can find it in kernel source folder.
 
I did think about that, but I'm not sure about this idea cuz there is guarantee plomb which i don't wanna touch
and still i think, that mus be software case
