Why my phone keeps hanging up on people while we're on the phone talking

How's the signal? Have you called/gone to Cricket for help? What phone do you have and is this a new thing or has it been happening for a bit?

No it doesn't used to do this but like I said about some months ago it started

Take it back to Cricket wireless and explain the issue with it.

You could try turning off your phone, remove the SIM card and put in back in. Sometimes just re-seating the SIM will help. But if that doesn't improve things, like @Dannydet suggested, just take it into your local Cricket shop and have them look into it.

There is a setting that allows you to hang up by pressing the power button, make sure you're not pressing it during calls, or turn the setting off.
Go to

Settings

Call

Answering calls.
Make sure that the pressing the power key setting is off
