Help Why my Samsung Galaxy s3 mini wont turn on even if i charge it ??

Hey Guys I have this problem with my s3 that wont turn, i thought that the problem was the battery, so i bought a new one but didn't turn on! so i tried letting the phone charging all nigh, all day and tried letting the battery out by 30 minutes or 1 hour and tried charging the phone with the battery out and tried too holding the power button 20 seconds with the battery out but... nothing work.

What is the problem???? i bought a new one battery and didn't work!, soooo if you have any solution or idea about the reason of this problem write it beloooow!! thanks!.

Does the battery charge (or at least a charging light come on when you plug it in - I assume the S3 Mini has a charging light)?

Phones always run off the battery, so plugging it in when there is no battery in won't achieve anything: all that the power lead does is charge the battery, not power the phone.

If the battery is charged then all we know is that it won't boot and it's not the battery. If the phone has a charging light but that doesn't come on with either battery then that would strongly indicate a hardware failure in the phone. If it does come on but nothing else responds it's still very likely it's a hardware failure, just one that doesn't stop the charger light coming on. If it doesn't respond to anything there is nothing you can do but get it repaired anyway.
