Looks like it's finally available for tablets.
I'm not sure how to use it but I just downloaded it and it works.

The updated version of Instagram added support for tablets an WiFi devices. Just downloaded it on my Tab works great.
instagram is stupid anyways....it's nothing new...picsaypro, and papercamera do an awesome job of having filters anyways
now that it has been bought by facebook, its going to suck even more and who knows where all of your photos will end up being with FB's privacy bungles

Instagram has not been made for the SGT because a recent internet poll found that there is already enough lackluster sepia toned images on the Internet.
There is another competing application that automatically deletes images that are not well composed, properly exposed, and in focus. This app is not expected to be as popular.
