Help Why we can't go to Facebook full size via mobile browser any more?

There is no core issue with the mytouch here guys. The sites (touch and full and even mobile) all work fine on my mytouch, my wife's mytouch and my brother in laws mytouch. Check your settings and check the urls.
 
That worked. It took me to the full site at first, and I had to actually type in touch.facebook.com.

Since I changed my settings, my task bar will only show when I'm loading a page. How do i make it show all the time again?
 
Well I had to change back since that messed up another site I frequent where the mobile site renders better than the full site. It doesn't have an option to toggle back & forth. So now I'm back where I started. Why can't I get the "touch" fb page like normal??

And please, does ANYONE know how I can get my taskbar back when browsing????
 
Keep mobile view unchecked...manually enter the mobile url (usually m."site name".com or mobile."site name".com) then bookmark the page and you're all set.

Btw the task bar doesn't disappear its at the top of the web page...scroll up.

1. It doesn't work for the particular site I'm talking about.

2. I think you think I'm talking about the URL bar. I'm not. I'm talking about the TASK BAR, with the notification drawer, time, running messenger services, etc. The TASK BAR is now disappearing along w/ the URL bar when a page loads. I can get to the URL bar by scrolling up, but the task bar is gone.
 
Umm yeah...that's not a task bar, lol. Its called the status bar/notifications tab, so you weren't very clear on what your issue is. What site are you going to? I'll get you the right url, because this work around will work. I haven't seen a site that won't.
 
Yeah I have the app but it doesn't render the page the way I like, like the wap site you gave. Thank you for that. The app is great for uploading pics, though.

I really have no idea what I did to make the bar disappear but it's driving me nuts!

I would recommend Dolphin Browser HD. I use it as my default browser and have given on the stock completely.

Here are some tips for your problems with the mentioned app:

Facebook mobile/desktop view can be switched here:
Menu -> More -> Mobile view(GWT)

Text wrapping enable/disable:
Menu -> More -> Settings -> Advanced settings -> Auto-fit pages

Notification bar show/hide:
Menu -> More -> Settings -> Full screen mode

Page rendering and flash loads very well on 99% of the sites I visit. Pretty snappy. Tons of settings to personalize. Responsive dev team as well. :)

I tried dolphin when I had my vibrant and didnt like it that much, unfortunately. I might try it again to see Ir they've made improvements.

For some reason I do not have a full screen mode in my settings.
