Okay, I was listening to music and i noticed it stopped. i look at my ZTE Blade Zmax and it was a black screen like if its off. i pressed the power button for 10 sec, i pressed the volume up button and the power button for 20 sec. it still didnt work. i plugged it in the wall for about an hour and try every again. i plugged it into my computer, my computer can read the the phone but the screen on my phone is still black and has no life. please someone help, i cant lose all my school work on my phone.
