Why Won't VM Refund My Money ??

Wow that sucks dude. Being in England I cant really shed any light on you who could talk to but if the keep fobbing you off I would definitely open a PayPal dispute. Should get things sorted pretty quick

It took six weeks and filing a claim through PayPal, I finally got my refund.
Virgin Mobile is good a debiting your payments in advance, but sucks big time on returning your money on defective products.
My advice for those who can't purchase Virgin Mobile products at their local Radio Shack, Target, etc., use PayPal, they stand behind their consumers.
For Virgin Mobile, you have lost a customer (me) forever. You will never again see as much as 1 penny of my money again.
I'm sure they're losing sleep as well.
