Why won't YouTube monetize my video?

So I woke up this morning and found this email in my inbox:

" Dear GadgetGuruHD,

Thanks for submitting your video(s) for monetization.

At this time, we are unable to approve your video(s) for monetization because we do not have sufficient information regarding your commercial use rights. We may consider your video(s) for review provided you verify that you are authorized to commercially use all of the elements of your content. If you have used third party content in your video(s), please review this article with suggestions on how to claim commercial use rights.

If you can provide information confirming commercial use rights to your video(s), submit information below:

I've watched the video a million times, but can't seem to figure out what I've done wrong. Could you help me figure this out? I promise I'm not trying to get views, I just want help.

Hard to say. So many people are trying to scrape a few dollars together by posting to YT in the hopes people will either buy their products or make money through monetizing their videos.

Something set off alarm bells. I had a credit card processor cancel processing on Jailbreaking products.

Google will pull some videos for using copyright protected music and yet, other videos using the same music remains.

I am not sure Google/YT really knows what is legal or illegal. They see so many videos, they must have a large crew all with their own ideas about what is/is not or should be/should not be allowed. Sometimes, people like you are caught for breaking some rule someone just made up.

They might fest a lawsuit, it could be the tablet; perhaps the sun, planets and the moon are not properly aligned.

I participate in several groups and monetizing or lack of it is a big topic.

If your YT name is GadgetGuruHD, perhaps it is the name you are using? There are a few well-known Gadget Gurus. Perhaps someone complained to YT.

I'm thinking there's too many Gadget Gurus on the interwebs possibly. Too much competition, can't possibly monetize them all.

OP try using a more original name and try doing something that no one else has done yet.

I see that you're a relatively new Gadget Guru, maybe Youtube doesn't want to upset and annoy their top-grossing Gadget Gurus?
