Why would Hulu block mobile devices?

I don't see the logic behind this. The more people who watch hulu means more people who are looking at ads. And the more people who look at ads, the more money hulu makes...

The only logic I could see behind this is that a Hulu Plus app is coming to the Android market, but I haven't heard anything about that.

What's your take on this?

they dont have the licencing for mobile veiwing. ever been on youtube on your phone and see something about it not being available on mobile devices??? they have web streaming distrubution. mobile devices is an alltogether different market and im sure is still being negotiated and will likely be a pay service

This idea goes against everything the internet stands for. If a website can pick and choose who can see its content then the internet is no longer open and no longer a means for anyone to connect to anything at the full speed they pay for.

The good thing is that AFAIK, Hulu can't tell the difference in the browser and since 2.2 has flash, you should be able to watch hulu on your phone without problem,.
