Hello and welcome to our forums! That error is usually with Tmobile devices so I am going to assume that is what the problem is with. In the future the more details you give, the better.We really want to help you out but it can be really hard with so little information.
This is usually a "911 error" message. A 911 address is required because WiFi Calling does not automatically provide the caller's location to the dispatcher when 911 calls are made.
To add a 911 address, follow these steps:
Call and make sure it's been added to the account... For Free...
Go to Log in to Tmobile and log in to your T-Mobile account.
Under Manage, click Your profile.
Under Customer information, click Edit.
Click Customer info.
Enter your home address and click the Save changes button when finished.
If You have Two lines check the box that makes the address apply to both or all numbers.
Allow up to one hour for the 911 address to update.
