Help Wi-fi connectivity issues?

Hello guys! Short time ago, my samsung galaxy ace (model gt-5830) had (and still has!) some issues about it's wi-fi connectivity. When i try to connect to a wireless network, it says "obtaining ip address" and after a short time it either says "disconnected" or it says that the selected network isn't in range. Any ideas (like why is this happening?) or suggestions (what should i do!!!) would be appreciated!!!
P.S. I already returned it to factory settings and tried to make it "forget" the networks and connect to them again. I have no issues browsing using data packets, only wi-fi.
 
Does this only happen with your home wifi.. Or with others as well? This could either be a problem with your wifi router or your device wifi radio (the radio could go bad at anytime).

Reboot your wifi router and/or unplugged it for a minute or two. Wireless internet (wifi) is unpredictable - it works and then stop when a mind tells it to.

If the problem persist, you might wanna have a diagnostic test be done, just to make sure its not a defective radio.
 
The problem only exists in my home and work. I just tested it today in another wi-fi and it runs well but in those two networks it does the issues mentioned above. I have closed both my modem and my router (im my house, i don't have access to those at my work) (i have two modem-routers but i have seperated them and one has the internet connection while the other does the routing) for about 5 mins and nothing happened, the problem still persists (by the way, the computers both in the house and work operate without internet problems) P.S. Hie I have a Galaxy Ace, the WiFi , when
switched on, shows a strong signal, yet when I try to
connect to play shop or Internet all messages say "no connection", but works fine on 3G, this is the same no matter where I access WiFi , please help.
